Sean has been involved in the Australian café industry for over 20 years. Originally owning several regional café businesses he became passionate about the growth of the world coffee and Australian cafe industries. He has been committed to the development of the Australian Barista Standards and travels the world uncovering new trends, emerging markets and sharpening the focus on the profitable and sustainable business side of the Cafe industry. Sean lives on a rural property on the mid north coast of New South Wales with his wife Kristine and children Charlie and Matilda.
