Celebrity Chefs at Cafe Biz
Cafe Biz attendees were treated to a number of cafe food Masterclasses with celebrity chefs Matt Kemp and Jared Ingersoll. The demonstrations showcased creative yet simple beef and lamb dishes suited to the café market utilizing cheaper cuts of meat and using equipment readily found in café kitchens. This event was sponsored by Meat & Livestock Australia who represent Australia’s beef, lamb and goat producers. The recipes are part of the Masterpieces series.
