New activity featuring newly crowned World Barista Champion Sasa Sestic

Cafe Biz Expo Brisbane is bursting with event activity and we are now pleased to announce new activity featuring newly crowned World Barista Champion, Sasa Sestic

  1. Live COFFEE painting performer Fernando Mosca of Inspired Art Forms is to paint a canvas using coffee of Sasa Sestic during the event. It is planned that this painting will be submitted for the Archibald prize.
  1. Sasa Sestic, takes over Event Stage 2 for Project Origin Cupping and a session about his experience competing in the World Barista Championships. Sasa, will also give insight into the Carbonic Maceration process and the development of his signature drink which he served in the competition.
  1. Get your Limited Edition Sasa Sestic World Barista Champion t-shirt from the Cafe Culture Magazine Stand #65 and Sasa will sign this for you during the event. Limited number available – $50!
