After 16 years of owning and running her own café, Marisa Colbrelli decided to look into having something fashioned to protect her fi nger from forming a callous just where the milk jug rests on it. So the 1dito was born (pronounced un deeto, which translates to one finger in Italian).
Made from kitchen grade silicon rubber, it simply slips onto the finger and takes all the friction. A very handy little device for the busy barista. Comes in “barista black” and one size fi ts all, as the silicon is very pliable. Proudly made in Australia.
