Justine Schofield launches new menu with The Coffee Club

Justine Schofield has today unveiled her signature culinary twist to The Coffee Club’s menu with three of her signature recipes.

The Australian food personality’s recipes are set to become favourites at The Coffee Club and include a smoked salmon and cream cheese omelette, an all-day breakfast granola bowl, as well as a chicken, avocado and macadamia salad.

These specialities join an extensive list of additions to The Coffee Club’s new menu which include new classic favourites such as lasagne, chicken parmigiana, a range of gourmet burgers and on-trend breakfasts such as grilled haloumi bruschetta, as well as gluten-free bread and lactose-free milk.

The Coffee Club General Manager of Marketing, Greg Bowell, said that the group was looking to offer something new and exciting to its customers, while still providing the classic, traditional food that The Coffee Club is famous for.

“Last month we announced Justine’s role as our new Food Ambassador and today we’re thrilled to launch our new menu which combines her special recipes with traditional favourites,” Mr Bowell said.

“In doing this we’re staying true to our brand, yet offering customers a fresh and modern twist on the Australian classics that our customers know and love.”

In sharing her recipes as part of the menu, The Coffee Club’s Food Ambassador, Justine Schofield, said she had created a selection of on-trend, nutritious meals.

“For me, food is about bringing people together – and I love nothing more than catching up with my loved ones over beautiful, simple meals that everyone can enjoy,” Ms Schofield said.

“The Coffee Club embodies this philosophy appealing to a wide range of people with healthy, homely meals that inspire quality time and togetherness, and this has been my inspiration when curating dishes for the new menu.”
