“The Works” vege bagel

It doesn’t take a genius to eat a bagel for breakfast, but this veggie-heavy combo is worth trying: cream cheese, tomatoes, capers, red onions, and sprouts.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bagel, sliced and toasted (plain, everything, or any other flavor)
  • cream cheese (You could also mix in 1 Tablespoon sun-dried tomato pesto to 8 oz of cream cheese for extra flavor)
  • 2 slices tomato
  • red onion, chopped
  • sprouts
  • capers

Directions:

Spread cream cheese evenly over bagel and layer with remaining ingredients. Enjoy!
