Café Biz will host the Coffeesnobs Beanology, where everyday coffee enthusiasts can participate and engage in seminars, workshops and hands-on labs, which will focus on the science, art and passion of coffee. The sessions will be fun and interactive and should be a learning experience for all levels of knowledge. You don’t need to be a commercial coffee roaster; you just need an interest in coffee and to be open to some new ideas. Seminars will include topics such as the chemistry of coffee, machine maintenance, coffee roasting machinery, temperature monitoring and the process of roasting from green bean to the cup.
