It was amazing to exhibit at the Café Biz Expo 2015 held in Brisbane last weekend – a fantastic event with strong local and broader industry representation.
My Trinity ONE prototype was put to the test with over 200 samples being served up over the two days. Of the many highlights, it was certainly an honour to be able to serve a brew to the World Barista Champion 2015, Sasa Sestic!
It was also a privilege to meet with many talented roasters, baristas, retailers and judges who stopped by to try a sample. The weighted press cylinder that features on the Trinity ONE certainly offers a new level of consistency and reliability for brewing specialty coffee, and this feature in particular gained a lot of interest.
Overall, I am overwhelmed with the unanimous positive response received, and I left Café Biz feeling much more confident in my product and the potential of Trinity ONE to find its way into cafes, brew bars, homes and beyond!
