In addition to drinking and eating, Brisbane’s cafe lovers are also becoming keen on learning coffee and coffee making. Wolff Coffee Roasters, introduced in Part One – Brisbane Specialty Scene, have moved to a new location only minutes away from Dandelion & Driftwood in Hendra. This smart looking roastery house has espresso bars, a creative coffee popsicle factory (check their Queen of Pops, a specialty coffee popsicles store and cafe in Clayfield) and Wolff College of Coffee where you can learn brewing, extracting, cupping, and roasting coffee.
Also, Sydney-based roaster Single Origin is becoming familiar in Brisbane and they have finally established a flagship venue here. At this venue, all of the public can enjoy tasting, cupping, and learning coffee.
So you can see, there is no shortage of great coffee and food in Brisbane, with passionate people ensuring their roasteries and cafes offer the absolute best, rivaling anything you may find elsewhere in Australia, or the world.
