Café Biz Adelaide – Panel Discussion: Learning from success
It is impossible to be in Adelaide and not have heard of Fiefy’s. The two CBD speciality cafés are the children of Fiefy Anuwatanaphorn and Tim McDonald, and Fiefy says their success comes down to one simple quality. “The passion – we love what we do every day, and I think everyone who comes in can see that straight away.”
Fiefy says she is “so excited” about Café Biz’s first roadshow in Adelaide. “Normally we have to go to Melbourne or Sydney for something like this, but now it’s going to happen here.”
Fiefy is confident the showcase will “help improve the industry” in South Australia and she hopes as many cafe people get along as possible. “If they are actually passionate about coffee they need to be there. Café owners are always looking for good suppliers and networks, and this puts everyone in the same place together.”
