Café Biz Adelaide – Panel Discussion: Getting the mix right in your cafe

Kayne Ensten has spent almost two decades working as a service manager and technician and for local and national coffee companies. It’s this experience that led him to become managing director of Adelaide’s Complete Café Services and The Coffee Workshop, where he helps businesses make the right choices about equipment.

Kayne will be speaking at Café Talk on getting the mix right in your café, and he says the most important ingredient is very basic. “You have to choose the right equipment for the environment you’re in and the application needed.” A big part of Kayne’s day is helping café owners, or those thinking about entering the industry, to let go of their preconceived ideas. “It’s important to take those ideas away so we can help people get the right equipment for their business: there’s no point buying a Ferrari if you’re only going to drive 10 minutes to work.”
