The operations manager of Melbourne’s c also makes a point of prioritising hiring staff who fit the company’s culture rather than just recruiting those with ability. “If the person isn’t a good fit into the company’s culture then no matter how able the person is they will be damaging. And in defining your unique selling proposition this is even more important for café.”
