Café Biz Hobart– Panel Discussion: Learning from success
Outstanding service has been key to Sue Stagg’s success in Tasmania’s café scene, which she will address as part of Café Talk’s panel discussion.
“Our focus has always been quality, consistency and service in a friendly and welcoming environment,” Sue says, “because that generates customer loyalty and word of mouth about your business.”
The co-owner and operator of The Stagg and Atlas Espresso, both found on Hobart’s bustling Elizabeth Street, is proud her staff know their customers by name “by just the second time you come in. We really value the fact that people choose us and that’s because of our service which is absolutely fundamental to how we do business”.
She encouraged people to register for free for Café Biz in Hobart, particularly to hear insights shared by Sue and other industry leaders including Will Priestley, Richard Schramm and Scott Clements.
“I’m really looking forward to hearing what they have to say because we can always learn from other people, and a day like Café Biz reminds us we can always grow if we’re willing to keep listening and learning.”
