One of Australia’s finest coffee roasters, Toby’s Estate, will be showcasing the revolutionary Alpha Dominche Steampunk 2.1 at Café Biz Brisbane.
The Steampunk is a hand crafted next-generation coffee brewer, built for brewing the best single-cup coffees and teas in the world. This versatile machine can brew two different cups of coffee or tea simultaneously, improving the efficiency and workflow of baristas, while delivering a high-quality, custom brewed cup of coffee or tea in a fraction of the time.
Its advanced controls empower baristas to set specific brew parameters for each cup, offering flavour profiles similar to those produced by a range of brew processes, while also uncovering new and exciting profiles you won’t find anywhere else.
The unique design of the Steampunk also allows baristas and customers to see their coffee or tea brewing throughout the visually engaging brew process.
Toby’s Estate are the sole distributors of the Steampunk in Australia in all states (excluding VIC) and will have the 2.1, 2.1 MOD and 4.1 versions available for sale, priced from $12,300 to $17,500.
