This year Café Biz 2014 set the stage for new blood to the Latte Art arena. An all time favourite event, this competition encourages new and budding baristas to compete on stage in a fun and relaxed format with an opportunity to build their experience in competition coffee and show off their skills. Many of Australia’s world champions have cut their teeth at this event and this year was no exception with some very accomplished baristas presenting their coffees to the judges. Congratulations to Sengmany Sanoubane who flew in from Canberra to take out the prize package and to include a Barista Profile article in Café Culture magazine.
