Rob Stephen is a Green Coffee Trader & International Business Development Manager for Olam Specialty Coffee in White Plains, New York.   He is a certified Q Grader and a Q Grader Instructor with 25 years of experience at all levels of the coffee industry. He founded Coffee Solutions, a consulting and training firm, in 2003. He is a Past President of the SCAA and of Coffee Kids, and represents the USA at the ISO council on international coffee standards (TC34:SC15).
