Excitement is brewing in Port Macquarie as the Golden Bean Team finalise arrangements for what is going to be an epic week of judging coffee at this year’s Pentair® Everpure® Golden Bean Roasters Competition and Conference.
As we embark on the 12th year of the world’s largest coffee roasters competition, in its format, we are overwhelmed with the 1320+ entries that have been submitted by over 150 companies to be judged through a blind tasting format in 10 different categories and brew methods. To win the overall Golden Bean this year, roasters had to enter into three categories; Milk, Espresso and Filter.
Over 150 Roasters and Associated Suppliers will attend the 5 day event and participate in judging and attend seminars, in addition to networking with each other and form great alliances within the industry.
Additional to the judging sessions and seminars, we have a line up of fun evening functions including a cruise on Hastings River and a Pirate themed Awards Dinner
