Insulated PID controlled stainless steel boilers behind each group, fed by a dedicated pre-heat system plus the addition of PID controlled elements in the group heads. The result is temperature stability guaranteeing perfect coffee extraction and greater efficiency. Another great feature of this new machine is the pre-infusion control it gives baristas. Allows the barista more control over extraction. Simple, but highly effective.
