The Australian International Tea Expo is the new trade show and conference in Australia for international specialty teas and related products. This event will bring industry professionals from all over the world to Geelong and showcase all this city has to offer. The expo will be centralised on Geelong’s waterfront with the main event at The Pier, and other smaller activities being hosted at the Carousel and the Boat House. Over 50 exhibitors will be coming to share their passion for tea with Geelong and all other event attendees.
One of the most exciting aspects of this expo is its uniqueness. There is no other event like this in Australia. The Australian International Tea Expo will be the first international tea event in the country, the first to teach classes about tea in a floating classroom, and it is aligned with the first tea specific awards in Australia; the Golden Leaf Awards. If that wasn’t exciting enough for you the Expo will be opened with a Traditional Southern Lion Performance on the Saturday morning, and there will be a Bollywood themed performance at the Black Tea Dinner on the Saturday evening.
