International Women’s Coffee Alliance (Australian Chapter Formation)
The proposed coffee tour to Far North Queensland is now a reality with a 5-day itinerary now available.
It’s scheduled for the week straight after Easter from Tuesday 29th March to Saturday 2nd April and will includes…
- 5 coffee plantations (NQ Gold, Skybury, Jacques, Howe Farming and Tichum Creek)
- The Coffee Works, that houses the amazing Ian Bersten collection of over 2,500 pieces of coffee equipment. This will be a highlight.
- Café hopping in Cairns and the Tableland area
- Lots of local food experiences – tropical fruits, cheese, chocolate, locally produced wines and spirits
- 3 nights in Yungaburra– an historic village on Lake Tinaroo where there are lots of good walking tracks
- 2 nights in Cairns where welcome and farewell dinners are organised at Salthouse on the waterfront and The Bay Leaf, an award winning Balinese restaurant.
