Once again The annual Chux Barista Competition has delivered and unearthed another Barista Gem in ‘Gemma Fusca’ pardon the pun.
This year the competition was slightly different in the case of combining some powerhouse brands that delivered a fast paced and exhilarating, but more importantly, quality in the coffee presented to our judges.
The Competition this year was held at Melbourne Fine Food Show and hosted at the impressive Devondale stand in where our baristas got their hands on Devondale’s new release Fresh Milk along with their well known and loved Liddells Lactose Free milk to play with and to use for their coffees.
Add to this the likes of caliber brands and suppliers like Compak Grinders, Iberitial, D’Ancap, Castaway and Griffiths Coffee, this event was executed in the highest order.
