We began Adore Estate Coffee in 2010 as a boutique brand with one key principle in mind, Innovation.
Over the years we’ve kept innovation as a crucial component in the journey of our beans, from the time they are picked until they are consumed by our customers.
Our Boutique range of blends is innovative through the amazing variety in both flavour and strength we have on offer, ensuring we have a blend for everyone! Through advanced blend development one of our creations included is The Killer Coffee Company which is regarded as Australia’s strongest coffee without any bitter after taste.
We pride ourselves on our versatility and ability when it comes to all things coffee.
However to derive such blends first we need to source and purchase the appropriate green beans. This process of sourcing is highly extensive as each batch of green beans needs to be rigorously tested and given the Adore tick of approval before purchasing. Our Quality control team is led by our Q-grader and director Nick Mastro. Nick and the team not only approve green beans but write specific blend recipes to provide a guide for our customers in achieving the perfect extraction yield for our coffee. Each batch of roasted coffee is cupped and tested each week to ensure consistency in every one of our blends.
Our world class facility ensures that the journey of our beans is as smooth and as clean as possible.
This is achieved by our triple cleaning process conducted by the one-of-a-kind green bean de-duster and cleaner. Once the raw product is adequately cleaned it makes its way via conveyer equipment into the environmentally friendly air roaster, which gently roasts our beans to perfection. However our in house journey doesn’t stop there. The beans once roasted are de-stoned, then blended and sent to our advanced packaging machines once again via conveyer equipment. This conveying process safeguards the beans from being touched by human hands, thus ensuring quality and minimising human error.
Instead of having a single location for a flagship store, for the past five years we have been creating portable espresso bars inside shipping containers. These containers are not only practical but also have a certain ambiance where ever they are located. The espresso containers travel Australia all year round, serving a beautiful espresso and of course showcasing the Adore Estate Coffee Range, and all new coffee brewing innovation and equipment.
Some great new coffee innovations showcased previously have been the PuqPress automatic tamper, The Sanremo Racer coffee machine.
