For the second year in a row, we are out to find Australia’s Breezey Masters and Grand Breezey Master!
With over 200 competitors in 2016, we travelled the country to find a winner in every state (each taking home $1000 cash and a Reg Barber trophy), and then a Grand Champion at the grand finale in Sydney. Will Preistly claimed the inaugural title of Grand Breezey Master, scoring a trip to America as first prize. Will also recently represented Almond Breeze in Japan, there are great opportunities being provided by Blue Diamond, Almond Breeze Barista Blend.
In 2017, with some slight changes to the FINALS format, 2 additional minutes will be available to produce 6 cups in 12 minutes (grand final only). In addition to presentation scoring, competitors also needed to focus on delivering a well balanced coffee with flavour comprising 50% of the total score.

The 2017 program will consist of 6 state heats and a grand final. The national roadshow has commenced and registrations are now open to express your interest to compete in the state heats. Entry is free but spaces are limited, and don’t forget to bring your cheer squad along!

About Almond Breeze Barista Blend
Almond Breeze Barista Blend is Australia’s first almond milk developed in partnership with baristas, specifically for baristas. “Coffee is an important part of Australian culture and quality really matters. Recognising and understanding this culture, we knew it was critically important to develop a product that performs just like milk and complements fine coffee in terms of taste.
