Brisbane coffee roasters Elixir Coffee are proving consistency is key notching up 26 award wins since 2013 at prestigious competitions such as the Golden Bean, Sydney Royal Show and RASV Australian International Coffee Awards.
This year is proving to be no different. The results of the Sydney Royal Show competition, just released, saw founders and brothers Jason and David Narciso win nine awards at this year’s competition in a strong field of entrants from across the country.
Winning four bonze awards in the latte blend category, four in espresso and one in the decaffeinated coffee section shows the diversity in Elixir Coffee’s blends is putting them ahead of the pack in the Queensland coffee industry.
Elixir Coffee put their success down to continual top quality beans and their unique roasting technique using their newly imported 8-silo Italian roasting machine.
“We have grown up around coffee all our lives, our mother taught us the art of great coffee and we pride ourselves on roasting our signature coffee in-house, fresh daily”, said Jason.
With a decade of experience in the coffee scene, time after time the family run roasting house is providing a quality product.

The Sydney Royal Show is an independent, authoritative and impartial event, held every year as part of the Summer Fine Food Show. The competition is judged by blind tasting and regularly receives more the 250 entries from coffee makers around Australia.
