To all our supporters and collectors,

Phase 1 has been completed with over 3 million tops collected locally and another 2 million tops expected to come in over the next few weeks.

Wow!  This has been some effort and we cannot thank you all enough for your massive commitment and contribution to the Envision Hands project.

Now that we have met this goal we need to look forward and move towards Phase 2, which involves speeding up the manufacture of hands from all the lids collected so far. Given the huge numbers of lids already collected it will take us some time to use them all so we would appreciate, for the time being, if you could hold off from forwarding more tops. We will contact you once we have made inroads into the current stockpile.

This is an exciting time as we move to further speed up the processing of bottle tops into hands. Because of your generosity we are also looking at developing other products that will assist disadvantaged people both in Australia and overseas.
