Di Bella Coffee has launched a new product range, the Coffee Exclusives. Set to feature the best of the best when it comes to crop to cup coffee, the first coffee in the range is Panama Geisha, retailing for $240 per kilogram.
Di Bella Coffee visionary and roaster Phillip Di Bella said the range would offer the true coffee connoisseurs of Australia the chance to enjoy some of the World’s very best coffee.
“Sourced from premium crops across the globe, the Coffee Exclusive range features my personal highlights from prestigious coffee growers around the World,” he said.
“The price point reflects the exclusivity of each crops green beans, and the unparalleled care and attention that is put into growing, drying and preparing the green bean for roasting.”
Sourced from Don Pepe Estate in the growing region of Volcancito, Panama, the Geisha beans is pre-dried on a sun patio and dried on African beds. Roasted at Di Bella’s state of the art facility in Brisbane, Queensland the coffee will display fragrances of tropical fruit and jasmine and sweetness of stone fruit dominating in the flavour. The acidity of peach and lingering jasmine is complemented with a clean and crisp aftertaste.
With coffee continuing its rapid rise in popularity right across Australia, Di Bella Coffee aims to stay ahead of trends by bringing new, premium single origin coffees to market through its Coffee Exclusives range.
