Well known Chef, Peter Doyle, has decided to hang up his apron after a stellar career in the hospitality industry.
Arguably the most prized career in Sydney hospitality, he has worked at many top-shelf establishments including Reflections at Palm Beach, Trianon in Potts Point which was eventually re-born as Cicada and the Establishment Hotel.
Peter will now focus on an apprenticeship program where he will be teaching a couple of days a week.
