CAFÉ CULTURE IN JAPAN, PT I
We recently visited Japan as part of a research trip with Blue Diamond Almond Breeze.
We were lucky enough to stop in at Glitch Coffee Roasters, a shared coffee roasting space thriving in the Chiyoda ward of central Tokyo. We were treated to a wonderful Ethiopia Aricha Natural as a filter followed with a latte made by Eiji Dobashi, who very proudly told us he had worked under 2003 World Barista Champion Paul Bassett.
Our adventure through Tokyo continues next week.
