Using Dark Balsamic Vinegar sourced from Queensland, caramelised using Australian cane sugar and then reduced using their own carefully developed reduction method, this caramelised balsamic vinegar delivers a wonderful flavour. Sticky and appetizing, providing Chefs with a delicious product to add “zing” to any dish.
The Food Company’s Australian Premium Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar is sold in a 1L squeeze bottle and has a 2-year shelf-life, unopened.
