Another first for Café Biz was the Coffeesnobs Beanology, with Andy Freeman doing a fantastic job of putting together a two-day program for the everyday coffee enthusiasts. Including the science of coffee, roast profiling, alternative brewing methods and machine maintenance, the program sold out within days of opening ticket sales, and attendees are looking to book again for next year. Andy has commented that the feedback has been astounding, and attendees have taken away some excellent information that they have already trialled with their own roasting and machinery.
